Never Complain.

No matter how hard the deployment or mission is, don't complain. Complaining only hurts the morale of the team. It does nothing to correct the situation. The rest of your team will hate you if you're s braggart or complainer so don't do it. If you're going through any problems, bring it to your chain of command. Do not step out of your chain of command even if invited by the principle. It will have devastating effects on your relationship with everyone on your team.
